Beyond the Clouds DJs Alex and Alan have been playing records together in one guise or another for over twenty years. From hosting and DJing for electronic acts such as Autechre, Plaid and Ceephax as Deselect the 2000s, to throwing acid house parties in London through the 2010s. Whilst their Today's Active Lifestyles radio show on Hackney’s Threads Radio has featured guests such as Andrew Fearn (one half of Sleaford Mods), and artists from Manchester's cult SKAM imprint. As Beyond the Clouds they're more commonly found joining the dots between 80s boogie, italo and NYC disco, with a sprinkle of anything goes thrown in for good measure.
