Brewed with the HH house Fog yeast and different malt bills, we’ve used the same hops IDAHO 7 + STRATA for big hits of pine, peach and mango. We used a barley and wheat grist, for a lower attenuating hazy pale bringing stone fruit esters and a residual sweetness.
