STRANGE DAYZ STEAM BEER
Steam beer was originally brewed in California by German immigrants using ale yeast to try and reproduce lager. We stripped it right back for a super clean, refreshing crisp, bread-like zesty beer. Our modern take on this style uses Koln yeast and German Hallertau Hops renowned for their white wine and spice.
